Musical Water Fountain

Ok, here is the 'updated' link for related works to our project.
The Musical Water Fountain uses data fed to the system by music and the fountains change according to the music being played. This project relates to our for this very idea. The fountains change colour and height according to the style of music played. The D.A.M. System also manipulates fountains by the information fed to it via information from the internet. A prototpe idea was to change the colour of the water jet depending on the height of the dam levels at that point in time.

Compare/Contrast Project

Well after looking at galleries and searching the web for projects or topics similar to our project, i have found zip. Given that i am working and dont have internet at home, my research time has been limited. The only close topic related to or project is the project the we based our idea on.

As mentioned, the reason i am choosing this topic is because its ideas is the base of our idea and it relates to and can be contrasted to our project perfectly.

Here is the image that we used in the presentation last week. I modeled a diffent design based on ideas that the group came up with. Dave also did up a sketch for the group to visualise what we were aiming for.
